I've been researching greetings cards companies, lately, and I'm looking into doing some freelance designing, when I get caught up with my other stuff. Originally, I created the Sugar Bee-Zus for this purpose, but now I couldn't bear to sell the rights to them. I've just grown too attached. hahaha

Sales have gone down in the PFL gift shop, recently. Usually they pick up close to Christmas, but they haven't yet. Fingers crossed, though. There's still some time. I've joined Twitter, recently, in hopes of generating some more links to the gift shop (and hopefully more sales). I never really understood what Twitter was, until I bothered to look into it, and I'm glad I did. It's really a great idea. I reccommend scoping it out.

Sorry if my post today seems short and choppy and/or just pointless. Haven't been feeling too well. Nothing major...just the usual fatigue. One day, I'll get 'round to talking to a doctor about it. Anywho, I best be off. Got dishes to do and food to cook.

A Good Start and Rain

I had my induction at the cinema this past Monday, and I'm so psyched! Because they were impressed with my C.V., and they've got a position open, they're going to train me to be a Team Leader (supervisor)! That means I'll be making more than what I did at Muffin Break! Hurray for finincial security!

Boy, it sure is wet outside today. It been raining since this morning. Makes you wonder how the sky can hold that much water. What's the weather like in your neck of the woods?

I'm Back and I've Got a New Laptop and a New Job!

Goooooood Moooorrrniiing VietNAAAAAAAMMMMM!!!! Ok, it's not morning yet, and I ain't in Nam, either, but hello to y'all the same. It's sure been a little while since I've been on here. 'Fraid I ain't got much to show for my absence, either. Managed to finish making the footer for my journal, here. 'Bout it, really. However, I will before long, as *CrystalFishLTD bought me a new Dell Studio 17! It's amazing! It's like I've regrown a lost limb! lol (Sad, I know.)

As well as a new laptop, I've also managed to aquire a new job! Hurray! I've only got seven more shifts in that soulless, joy-forsaken prison (AKA: Muffin Break)! After that I'll be working at the local Odeon cinema! Free movies beats free muffins any day! I'll certainly gain more inspiration and be more relaxed.

I tell you what, I don't wanna be away from this site too long, again. Too many deviations and messages! LOL Those who faved my work and/or added me to their watch list, I thank you very, very, very much!!! I will be going through comments, though, as the amount of them are managable.

Now for the part that's much less important and doesn't really need to be read. lol I'd like to apologize for being silent, lately. Just been busy. That, and with our laptop being broke for a few months now, it's kinda rare for me to really sit down and work on art and come in here. *CrystalFishLTD works endlessly on his webcomic on this, our main, computer, so, yet another reason why I don't get on here much. I'm going to save for my own laptop and graphics tab, so I can work independantly of the desktop comp.

To ~Demona909 I'd like to say, don't worry. I AM working on your kiriban! Each day that I can't get 'round to working on it peeves me off. I will get it finished, though! lol

Life back at Muffin Break is a severe downer. I like the people I work with. They're fab. It's just the job itself and dealing with many of the customers it attracts. Going back to work there really feels like a major step backwards. Even the Ops Director said to me, "Who would have thought, eh?" Yeah, you and me both. First chance out of there, I'm gone! Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful to have a job, but once I find another one, someone else can have this one. lol

Getting Back Into the Swing of Things

Well, I was made redundant for the second time this week, as our shop closed down. However, I started working back in Muffin Break today. It's a bit sureal working somewhere you've worked before, but don't know the staff or quite everything that you're suppose to do. It's like being a newbie, but not. Weird. Anywho, although I told myself I'd never go back to working with food or drinks, I thought I'd best not be choosey right now. Besides, I can look for a job while I'm at MB. The important thing is financial security, even if I do have to wear a dumbass cap and a uniform several sizes too big to get it.

In two weeks time, I'll have two weeks off work! HURRAY! Not only will I get to spend some quality time with *CrystalFishLTD, but I might actually produce some artwork! Or at least finish some. lol

For now, I'm going to get on with some work.
